Memberships - Frequently asked questions
How do I purchase a membership?
Simply go to the pricing tab on the website or app, and purchase your preferred membership.
When can I start booking?
You can start booking as soon as payment is made. Your credits for that week will be allocated to your account.
When do the payments come out each week?
You will get charged the same day and time each week. Make a note of the day and time you initially purchase the membership. That same day & time the following week will be when you receive your credits.
Once I book, can I cancel & reschedule classes?
Yes. If you don’t use all your credits you can book them into the following week BUT you will not be able to reschedule those classes because they are from a previous payment cycle. If you cancel classes from a previous payment cycle you will not receive a credit.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes you can. At present there are no lock in contracts for Scooter Mini, Midi, Maxi or Mega. To cancel use the following instructions:
App users: go to the Pricing Plans tab. Click on the word, 'Subscriptions' - 'More details' & then tap on the 3 dots top right of the screen - cancel subscription.
Website: go to the log in bell at the top right of the screen. Make sure you log in. Click the drop down arrow - click on my subscriptions - click on the drop down arrow of your active subscription - cancel.
